The Nuts and Bolts of Systematic Reviews

Are you conducting a systematic review? Do you want to learn more about evidence synthesis? Are you just curious about what systematic reviews are? Come to our workshop!

Cornell's systematic review team will be offering a workshop for researchers (students, faculty, and staff), providing an introduction to some of the main components and considerations of systematic reviews and evidence synthesis across disciplines.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Preparing and registering a protocol
  • Defining your research question
  • Defining inclusion and exclusion criteria
  • Selecting databases and gray literature resources
  • Writing comprehensive search strategies
