T.A.S.K. (Toys After Surgery for Kids)

T.A.S.K. (Toys After Surgery for Kids) is a project that involves volunteers sewing gender neutral toys called ugly dolls that will be donated to Cayuga Medical Center and given to kids ages 5-10 years old after surgery. All of the arrangements have been made with Cayuga Medical Center. Mann Library, in collaboration with Tompkins County Public Library, will host a virtual training led by two local Girl Scouts as part of their silver award project and provide our “take and make” kits to volunteers. Learn more about this project at sites.google.com/view/project-t-a-s-k/home.
